Is Anyone There?

Description

This was the product of some emotions I was experiencing in my personal life, along with some inspiration from Porter Robinson's Worlds album. I don't want to say any more, because I'd rather people interpret this on their own merit ;).

If anyone was curious though, it's a coyote. I loosely refrenced this image for the pose and fur markings/colors. I normally try to find a CC image or a stock image on DeviantART, but none were detailed enough of the head that I could find. The least I can do is acknowledge the reference in this case :/.

Anyways, thanks for viewing. I'd love to hear your feedback or questions if you have any. Critique is also welcome!

Used: Prismacolor pencil crayons, Pilot fineliner pen, pencil, acrylic paint, painter's tape (to keep the paint within its sections!).

That is indeed very beautiful. I like when drawing has some deeper meaning.
And the style you made this with is really cool too, not something that, at least I would see often.
My art teacher said to me that I'm in that point that I know myself what I wan't and she can help me to try to reach it, but she needs to know what bothers me, since people view art differently and sometimes others see something to improve and some people like it the way it its. (that you probably knew already) I really think this looks great and it's your view, but I myself get little bothered when I watch the bottom of the character, where the background and character gets mixed up. I really like that, but I think at that one spot it looks a bit messy and if I pay attention to it too much I can't really figure it out.
But otherwise this i very cool piece of art you have here! nun
